As a Company Secretary in Practice, I advise on Corporate Laws, guiding entrepreneurs in setting up of entities, formation of companies, capital structure and on tax avenues. Advising clients on routine company law matters, restructuring of capital, sourcing finance, Public Issues & IPOs.
